An automobile engine oil radiator's integrative test system (ORITS) has been developed and is introduced in this paper. Performance index tests of radiator such as fatigue-resistance capability, airproof, and the security of rigidity and intensity can be achieved automatically by ORITS under heigh and low pressure performance conditions. The ORITS system has adopted the Embedded Control technology, Hydraulic System CAT (Computer Aided Testing) technology, and Virtual Instrument technology to assure its design targets: operation stability, environment endurance and user friendship. The test-bed was manufactured and put into practical use. The good running results shows that the ORITS has fulfilled the design requirements.The principal contents of the thesis are as follows:1. To prepare the relevant technique needs of establishing the ORITS, we made a general review on advanced technique of the oil cooler, embedded control system, computer aided testing, virtual instrument, hydraumatic and invalidation mastering of the automobile engine oil cooler.2. According to the main ways of invalidation of oil cooler and the existing research work of oil cooler's test-bed, this system was established as a new integrative test system. In the new ORITS, pressure pulse cycle test, static pressure resistance test and leak test were provided to measure mechanical characteristics of the oil cooler including fatigue resistance capability, pressurization capacity, and leak resistance performance respectively. Further more, the diverse testing pressures of products were also took into account, and the high pressure test and low pressure test, therefore, were integrated into this new system.3. According to the tasks and features of the test system, and capability demands of real time, reliability, automation and intelligence of the test system, embedded control technology was applied to meet the requirements of the most important part of the system's hardware. Inadditionally, we combined the computer aided testing technology and virtual instrument technology, established a PC-Based PLC distributed control system, then completed a brand-new test system with diverse techniques supported.4. According to the property demands of the real time, reliability, running process complicacy of the test system, it was finished in three aspects: (1)supervisory and management application of PC (2)communication layer sofrware(3)real-time control application of embedded system.5. Make the system more stable, reliable, and reasonable by debugging.
