Reconnaissance and design projects is the pre-work of the entire project, which affects the performance of following work, and play a important role in the cost, quality, and social effects of the operation of the project. The schedule planning is the most important task of the project management. A perfect schedule control can help controlling the other related work. Therefore, it has important practical significance to research the schedule planning and control of Liuzhan double-tracking railway.
