Research On BSIET Company Design Schedule Management

Design progress management is an important part of the whole project implementation process,consulting design units need to strictly fulfill the terms of the contract,in the specified time to do a good job of design and services,customer satisfaction,and actively explore the market,reduce operating costs,help enterprises get better development of.If the project design cycle and human resources are more urgent,the need to use the progress management knowledge,technology,to develop schedule planning,the progress of the interference factors to effectively predict and analyze,do a good job of coordination and control of the design of finished products on time to complete the meaning major.In this thesis,BSIET company as the research object,we will obtain a detailed analysis on the current situation of the company,and be committed to optimizing the schedule management system of design,this thesis aims to improve and optimize the design schedule management level of BSIET company.in the fierce competition,it will guarantee the whole project quality,improve the reaction speed to win the market competition.In this thesis,it consults a large number of references,and combined with the current situation of design schedule management for BSIET company,this thesis combined with the schedule management and the relevant theory,it focuses on an actual engineering experience,this thesis points out the main problems which is existing in BSIET company,and gives the corresponding improvement scheme.Then it adopts three methods to optimize the system which is the design stage progress control factor analysis,schedule system decomposition and analogy estimation,then it takes the actual project as an example,this thesis focuses on the company’s design schedule management,reasonable loading of human resources and involving the formulation of the design schedule,monitoring of schedule,to optimize these three parts of management.Finally,the thesis gives a summary of the optimization for the design schedule management.
