Standing on ship's engineering management system, the Paper object base upon zhejiang provice shiping enterprice, analysesing the status of engineering management and mainly content, acrooding to currently higher requirements characteristic for engineering management what modern enterprises pursue working efficiency, bring forward high requirment. Based on the features of small and medium-sized enterprises cannot prepare manager fill in running hug software , and the features of small and medium-sized enterprises characteristic of high demand and low standard, empoldered ship engineering management system, then affiliation enterprice to use.The engineering management system adopts C/S as framework, and Visual FoxPro9.0 as development platform and Data programming language. interface part assitented by WINDOS API function &VC as a tools. Data exchange is realized on using FoxPro as database interface and VC as developing tool. Finaly the software is debugged, compiled and published through FoxPro.The Paper mainly deals with the structuring analysis of engineering information system and database framework design. Initial implementation of the program design part is realized. Mainly function module contain:spareparts management, oil management, safety management, materiel management, CWBT, certificate management, system information and intercalate and so on.At designing it adopts two to three grade of simple & videotex interface, Accomplish all flowe and shift for interfac, so running become easy. In blockette compart is in order and in reason, Hankering logic working data and interface working amalgamation each, advicing data rationality, getting programme non-difficulty i seaches, amend, program is good for implem .
