Study Of Nuclear Power Plant Owner's EPCs Management Mode

Along with the quickly development of nuclear power plant in China, the old management mode for Nuclear Power Plant construction is not adaptable anymore, a new mode is urgently needed. In the previous years the management mode for Nuclear Power Plant construction in China was always like that the Nuclear Power Plant owner directly did everything about the management of the NPP construction. By comparing several main different construction management modes and analyzing the real situation of NPP construction in China, this article proposes the EPCs (engineering, procurement and construction supervision) management mode for the future NPP owner's construction management in China. By studying the NPP owner's quality control activities, schedule control activities, investment control activities and safety and security management activities this article also puts forward quality control program, schedule control program, investment control program, safety and security management program and some other relatively important management procedures during NPP construction under the EPCs management mode.
