With the development of automobile industry and the consciousness of environmental protection becoming strengthened, higher demands are brought forward for automobile drive ability, economy and emission performance. In China, manufacturing is divided so detailed that engine and chassis are often made from different factories. So how to fulfill the best compatible between engine and chassis to make the automobile own better drive ability, economical and emission performance become very important in the process of studying the matching of the entire vehicle. Vehicle dynamic, emission and fuel economy performance not only depend on the engine performance, but also on the transmission parameters selection and the power train matching. Even with a good engine performance, it can not make full use of their properties without matching the reasonable transmission system. A reasonable transmission can make the engine often works in the ideal region. It can not only improve the fuel economy performance, reduce the engine abrasion, enhance the engine use life, but also improve the emission performance.Currently, the new standard about fuel tax is based on displacement of engine. The displacement above 2.5T you should pay more tax, the displacement below 1.2T you needn't to pay for any tax. Therefore considered the Great Wall GW2.8T Diesel CC6510SC1 RUV used actual situation of common stalls and used speed of this vehicle, then study on the entire vehicle matching between the engine and automobile of the dynamical characteristic and fuel economic characteristic. With the original race chassis parameters remain unchanged, GW2.5TCI engine will be matched to the original chassis of the vehicle and then performance on the comprehensive evaluation purposes so that it can reach or approach the level of the original car.First, from the automobile theory, the extent of the power-transmission matched with the vehicle driving cycle has a major influence on the performance of the vehicle. Simulation software solves complex and precise mathematical models, such as the dynamic model, kinematics model and static model, and than calculated results. The original car model simulation results of high precision, and its dynamical characteristic and fuel economic characteristic compared to experimental results within the scope of permitted error.Second, we must make GW2.5T on the engine performance optimization ,by match cooler, match supercharger, as well as the circulatory system of EGR matching between engine, Drawing engine performance and the power curve of a million plans to analysis and evaluation after match the impact of the engine about dynamic fuel consumption and emissions, we can see match cooler can appropriate for the improvement of engine compression ratio, the improvement of low-speed power output; At the same time due to the density of cold air, so under the same conditions, can improve the engine inlet density, higher efficiency engine.
