It is one of the effective and important means of ensuring the slope stability that through monitoring tools to slope on the basis of the slope stability prediction research. The paper take left of the high slope of section from K53+760 to K54+022 in Shanmei Expressway in Guangdong for example, and bottleneck to dynamic monitoring and analysis of slope results, with FLAC numerical simulation, limit equilibrium theory, grey theory method and so on, gave an evaluation of the high slope stability, and establish its safety factor and the instability standards of maximum displacement and forecast model , at the same time , proposed rationalization proposals of high slope design and construction process, ultimately revealed the feasibility of the programme of a frame beam on the anchor bolt weathered granite eluvium high slope supporting.The main research:(1) Through monitoring data collection and analysis the data of the high slope, determined the slope stability, timely adjusted the design parameters and improved the construction technolog to informationized design and construction.(2) Using FLAC Numerical Simulation and theoretical analysis on the ultimate development of the slope stability analysis.(3) Based on the actual displacement of the monitoring data, and established ranging from GM (1.1) prediction model which based on the principle of equal interval, to forecast the displacement development of the actual slope.Since then, through the combination of monitoring data analysis shows that the high slope of weathered granite frame beam that it had a good reinforced effect using anchor bolts supporting programme. It gave a reasonable discrimination that through using FLAC numerical simulation of deep slope displacement monitoring to the security and stability of the high slope, grey theory of the actual slope displacement deformation forecasts, compared with the experimental data proved that forecasting model showed better accuracy.
