Study On The Design Of Road Slope For Weathered Granite

Based on volumes of engineering practice of cut slope on weathered granite, Fu Jian Province in China, the stability of weathered granite slope and prevent-engineering types are studied in this paper.Based on abundance of slope information about topography, geology and environment, the geotechnical engineering mode is set up and classified for weathered granite cut slope engineering.The deformation failure mechanism of different geotechnical engineering modes is analysed. And the shape and the ratio of slope are presented.According to the slope stability, the prevent-engineering types are put forward for different geotechnical engineering modes.The application software is developed, and the calculating method of weathered granite cut slope is verified at Zhang Long express highway, Shao San express highway and Jing Fu express highway.The calculating examples show that the calculating method of weathered granite cut slope is more reasonable than the traditional soil-mechanics calculating method.
