Configuration software is an important part of the remote monitoring system for wind power, the merits of their performance is directly related to the overall performance of the remote monitoring system for wind power. With the versatility and reusability , the configuration software can not only improve the efficiency of applications of the remote monitoring system in wind farms, but also conducive to meet the needs of the rapid development of wind farms. With the rapid development of the Internet, the functions of WEB for the configuration software have become the research focus and the future development trends.The paper realized a WEB run-time system with Component reused,the network features and Real-time data graphical. The system mainly includes three parts: Interface element configuration module, communication protocol configuration module, real-time data pool configuration module. Refer to the current popular development experience of configuration software, with the Internet and software component technology, To monitor the running wind turbine, we designed the WEB run-time system which is Based on B/S (Browser / Server) structure. A complete configuration software system contains configuration design-time system, embedded configuration run-time system and WEB configuration run-time system. Embedded run-time system through real-time acquisition information which is provided by the wind turbines, updates real-time datas to the data pool for the WEB run-time system to get datas and updates to the configuration pages. So that it achieves refreshing real-time dynamic graphics and remote monitoring. Through graphical operating unit needs analysis of the wind parameters, we have designed several silverlight controls for the users to choose the appropriate graphics to display the turbines'parameter datas. By using the component technology designing the real-time data pool configuration module and communication protocol configuration module, it is conducive to the expansion of the WEB run-time system.
