Research On The New Method Of Coal Milling Of Ball Mill

In order to adapt to the innovation of electric power system in China, to accelerate the sustainable development on electric power, it has great realistic significance for advancing the operation reliability and economy for generator units, reducing generating cost,obtaining the biggest performance. This paper researches the milling method and the structure of the ball mill, which is one of the five auxiliary machines in power plant, and analyses the work condition and the potential of energy saving of ball mill in the power plant. The text mainly introduces the feasibility of structural improvement of the structure of the mill's barrel and the installing the automatic ball filter for ball mill with emphasis, brings forwards the improved methods of the steel ball mill, Some design improvements of the steel ball mill are achieved. The paper simulates the main parts of the reconstructed steel ball mill making use of Solid Edge.The new milling method of the ball mill is feasible after calculation,analyzing and comparison, and we can gain certain effect of energy saving.
