At present,China is the world's second energy producer and consumer.Sustained growth of energy supply has provided an important support for economic and social development.The rapid growth of energy consumption has created a broad space for the development of the world energy market.China has become an indispensable part of the world energy market,and is playing a more and more important role in safeguarding global energy security.However,China's rapid economic growth,the construction of great achievements,but also paid a huge cost of resources and the environment was destroyed.The reason for this sharp contradiction is directly related to the unreasonable economic structure and the growth pattern.Therefore,only by saving development,clean development and safe development,can we realize the sound and rapid development of the national economy.Further strengthening the work of energy conservation and emission reduction is also an urgent need to deal with global climate change.The energy conservation law of People's Republic of China points out that it is the basic national policy of our country to save resources,and the country should implement the strategy of energy conservation and development,and save energy in the first place.Coal fired power plant is an important production unit of electric energy,but also a large energy consumption.The milling system is an important auxiliary system of coal-fired boiler,coal mill as an important power plant boiler equipment,its running status is directly related to the safety and economic operation of power station boiler.In this paper,Hengfeng power plant a single inlet and outlet ball mill as an example,do the following work:For our generation coal classification research,analysis the characteristics and application scope of different kinds of coal,the composition of coal are analyzed,and points out its effect on the combustion of coal,different analysis datum were studied.In this paper,the principle of ball mill is studied,and the influence factors of output and power are analyzed.The ball mill cylinder ball wear mathematical modeling method is proposed to predict the wear degree of the steel ball,before and after the operation by establishing gradation change for ball ball wear steady state characteristic matrix,calculate of amount of each level of the steel ball.The actual operation results show that the scheme can effectively reduce the loss of steel ball and power consumption,to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.The mathematical model of ball mill coal pulverizing system is established,and the influence factors of the outlet temperature,inlet pressure and inlet pressure are analyzed,andthe model is simulated by the MATLAB module of Simulink.After the disturbance,the curves of the parameters are consistent with the actual operation results,which can be used to predict the operation of the ball mill.
