| As the leading official of the national economy,the power industry must ensure the safe and efficient operation of the enterprise.With the technological progress of the power industry,in the process of production and operation,the information technology of material management is becoming more and more important.A very important part of the foundation of the power supply company is the guarantee of the supply of supplies.Material management is indispensable in the company’s function constitution.It plays a very active role in maximizing the company’s assets and ensuring the material supply of the company.Based on the present situation,this paper has carried out the research and development of the material management information system of the power supply company in view of the problems found in the operation of the ERP system.This paper focuses on how to improve the efficiency of material management in the power supply company,and analyzes the structure design and function realization of the information system for the development of material management.It can be segmented into nine modules: material planning management,material purchasing management,supplier relationship management,material contract management,warehouse operation management,emergency material management,material transportation and distribution management,waste materials management,and administrator management.Structural design using modular thought,basic structure with different functions as the basis for the information system,the ap plication of object-oriented program design method,studied the structure design of management information system,using B/S model technology,the use of hypertext markup language(HTML),active server pages(ASP)etc.Web technology as the basis of programming,compiling the browser page code,and the server ASP procedures,with Access database technology to complete the site material management information system to achieve the function,the specific operation function realizes the material management system in the browser,which can better meet the needs and goals of material management in the process of operation in power supply company. |
