The System Of Intelligent Ammeter For Electric Locomotive

The rapid development of Chinese economy and the continually increased requirement for transportation make Chinese Railway facing god-given opportunity for development. The flying development of railway arouses many locomotive striding over railway district, which bring an energy measure and management problem, and the problem must be solve soon.This thesis is the expansion of DDSDJ- II ammeter for electric locomotive,which is the sub-task of the energy management system for electric locomotive in LanZhou railway BureauYingshuiqiao depot.At first, This thesis summarizes the technology actuality, manage actuality and actual problems of traditional mechanical ammeter. In view of these questions, We develop a system of intelligent ammeter for electric locomotive based on ATT7022A.The system can measures electric locomotive's voltage, forward active energy, backward active energy, forward reactive energy and backward reactive energy correctly. This system also gathers the operating data of electric locomotive and completes the energy statistics and the operating data union automatically, transmits these data through the asynchronous serial port communication, realizes the function of automatic meter reading(AMR).The system of intelligent ammeter for electric locomotive completes system's data processing by MCU MC9S12A64.At first, MC9S12A64 gathers ATT7022A's data; And then, it collects the TAX2 box's operating data by RS485 and combines with the electric data to create the AMR list; Finally, it realizes the function of long-distance and spot AMR through the wireless module and the hand-hold computer. The reliability is the key of the soft and hardware designs of this system. We use PC software to calibrate the system automatically. This intelligent ammeter of electric locomotive has high precision and multi-function. So, this system has satisfied the current trunk line electrification's request and has an all-right applied prospect.
