The large integrated traffic terminal is a link for the communication outside and inside the city, for the public and private transportation, and also for the other passenger transportation means. Transferring passenger is one of the core functions of a large integrated traffic terminal, which establishes a convenient and quick passenger transportation system, so as to organize the passenger flow in a scientific and logical way, and to improve the management standards and service quality for passengers. Because our country has less experience in the operation and management of the modern large integrated traffic terminal, so it is important to investigate the transfer organization of dynamic simulation and comprehensive evaluation method on the basis of the actual situation prior to the completion and operation of such traffic terminal.In conjunction with the project "Research on Railway Terminal Programming and Allocation of Capacity - The Modern Large Integrated Traffic Terminal Operation and Management Project", this paper takes new Beijing South Railway Station as an example to study the dynamic simulation and evaluation methods for the large integrated traffic terminal transfer passenger organizations.Based on the review of the development in integrated traffic terminals, this paper analyzes the characteristics of dynamic passengers flown,structure of flown lines meshwork,environment or passenger service facility,transferring form in the traffic terminal, so as to show the complexity and necessity of transfer organization; and illustrates a brand-new connotation,principle of barrier-free transfer. The paper also brings forward the corresponding measures highlighting the research on adjustment of the passenger service facility within the terminal to improve the passenger organization. Since then, it also designs evaluation index system of barrier-free transfer and comprehensive evaluation method, establishes microcosmic dynamic model of transfer in station. Finally, simulation analysis is made in the Beijing South Railway Station by using VISSIM, which is microcosmic dynamic simulation software, and the best passenger transport organization project is available for the station so as to provide the basis for decision regarding the actual operation and management of terminal.
