As one of the important components of urban traffic system, urban comprehensivepassenger terminal has multiple traffic modes. Its transfer organization pattern payssignificant impacts on the coordination of multiple modes. At present, transfer of thecomprehensive Passenger transport hub in the domestic cities didn’ t Perform well, forexample, Passenger stranded, transfer time is too long and walking distance is too far.The join Planning of urban comprehensive transferring hub must be researched fortransport idea that satisfies human, the high effective operation of Passenger hub andconvenient, safe and comfort transport. This paper takes the transfer organizationoptimization of comprehensive passenger terminal as the study object, and the maincontent includes the following aspects.(1) The paper includes a summary of the research situation at home and abroad, adefinition of the object of study and the framework of this article. Concept and content ofthe city’s comprehensive transportation, the development overview and theoretical studyof the current situation are introduced and summarized. (2) The transfer organization of comprehensive passenger terminal are summarized. The principles and connotations of transfer are analyzed. The characters of individualbehavior and traffic flow of pedestrians are studied. The normal transfer organizationpattern is classified.(3) The bi-objective programming model is established for transfer organizationpattern optimization. The topology structure of the transfer network is brought forwardbased on Graph Theory. By introducing the BPR function, the calculating method forpedestrian travel time on different links are developed by considering link capacity andlink flow. The calculating models for total pedestrians transfer times and traffic flowconflicts level are established. Then take the transfer times minimum and traffic conflictsminimum as objectives, the model for transfer organization pattern is developed. Themodel can quantify the dynamic effects of transfer pattern on objective function, whichcan provide theoretical support for transfer organization optimization.(4) The optimization model is validated. Take Changchun railway stationcomprehensive passenger terminal as an example, the total transfer passenger flow andthe passenger flow of the stations are obtained based on data survey. The currentproblems of the terminal are analyzed and the optimization plan is brought forward. By comparing the current transfer plan and the optimization plan, the result that theoptimization can improve transfer efficiency and decrease traffic conflicts is obtained. This article is based on planning and designing reasonable and efficient passengerhubs. A new Transfer Organizations optimization method has been provided, which caneffectively reduce passenger transfer time, improve the hub within the multi-way trafficflow running order and offer a theoretical basis and technical support for the design ofcomprehensive transportation and operations management.
