Study On Transfer Organization Of Urban External Passenger Transport Hub

Urban external passenger transport hub is an important part of urban passenger transport system, it is the place to realize the effective conversion of various modes of transport, and its most important function is to achieve the transfer of passengers in the external traffic and urban internal traffic. Therefore, the study on the transfer organization of urban external passenger transport hub has important and far-reaching significance on improve the overall efficiency of urban passenger transport system, improve the urban passenger transportation service level, realize the convenience of passengers, fast, safe, comfortable travel needs, to ease the pressure on urban traffic etc.Based on the concept and function of urban external passenger transport hub concept introduced. It is pointed out that the transfer function is the main function, and the hub were system structure and characteristic analysis, determine the intension and principles of urban external passenger transport hub transfer organization, finally puts forward the goal of transfer organization.Firstly, based on the analysis of the significance and influencing factors of transfer forecasting, the transfer impedance function which considered transfer economy, comfort,convenience, safety and rapidity is established, then calibration of transfer impedance function using a non MNL model. Finally, a double constrained gravity model is constructed for the transfer capacity of the urban external passenger transport hub.Secondly, the transfer organization of the city’s external passenger transport hub is analyzed, the different transfer modes between urban external traffic, external traffic and urban traffic are analyzed in order to provide theoretical basis for the spatial layout of the hub;At the same time, from the coordination of the transfer operation organization, the operation matching programming method, the organization method of the transfer line, the setting of the transfer service and the guidance information of the hub is analyzed.Then, the evaluation index system of the criterion layer is established, which is based on the smoothness of the transfer, the timeliness of the transfer, and the effectiveness of the organization, based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of transfer organization of urban external passenger transport hub is proposed.Finally, by using the method and theory of this paper, a case analysis is carried out on the transfer organization of Shijiazhuang Railway Station in order to achieve the combination of theory and practice.
