Objective evaluation according to accidents grade and the number of accidents, by accident conversion factor, then work out risk level of accidents. Subjective evaluation takes first and second index as evaluation cell and adopts Marking Safety Checklist. At last, make a discussion on operational procedure and workshop check measure of the safety assessment.In the paper, the research put emphases on establish the safety assessment system of subway operation, which suitable for China, betake analysis and evaluation method that qualitative and quantitative combined, hence, offer theory and technique for safety comprehensive evaluation of subway operation in China.
