| The construction of comprehensive transportation terminal is very important to perfect urban traffic system. Rational planning and designing can effectively resolve the problem of congest in our Country. Because of its function in connecting internal and external traffic of city, railway station terminal is more important. Passenger transfer of terminal inside is a key to optimize terminal and will influence whole public transportation in a city.In this paper, the expierence of research and practice of city transportation terminal in domestic and foreign city is summarized; on the basis of this, the paper analyse the railway passenger station terminal system. The paper makes systems analysis for the railway passenger station by researching on connotation, principle, superimposition between urban traffic passenger flows of railway passenger station terminal transfer. The paper analyse the influence factors and develop condition for railyway passenger transferring efficiently.Then the paper introduces the method of the forecast, which is based on reciting the method of forecasting passenger flow. The paper proposes the solution for forecasting railway passenger station terminal, which is used by BP Neural Network. According to the survey, the paper establishes the MNL Model for transfer passenger flow rate. Based on the survey, the paper figures out the capacity of the line inside railway passenger station terminal and the formula of BPR function. Then, based on the forecasting data, the paper assigns the passenger transfer flow to reflect the situation of passenger transfer in the terminal. Lastly, the paper takes Beijing west railway station for example, forecasting the quantity of passenger transfer flow in the future of the station and the rate of different transportation, assigning the passenger transfer flow to obverse the situation of transportation convergence, which is for the improvement of transfer layout in the Beijing west railway station.
