The Research Of A New Method For Heat Cost Allocators

Along with the energy-saving and ejection-decreasing taking deeply, the reformation of heating system has been one of the focuses. The heat measurement is an important part of the reformation of heating system.In the currently measurements, the central equipment is heat meter, and almost all heat meters need flow meter, but hot water quality in our country's hot water supply system is bad, So the flow meter is very easy to be damaged and this can cause measurement error. The traditional heat cost allocators are easy setting an economical, but haven't used in our country for the reason of measurement and precision. Then we will research how to find a new method for hear allocation, so we can measure the heat allocation accurately and conveniently.The mostly research contents of my project contain: set up the mathematic model of the radiator, and then established the function of the flow and the temperature difference. After the experiment of actual radiator, the results of experiment validate the validity of our model; on the based of the research, we divided the experiment environment into three obturation rooms, then tested the error about the method. My project has obtained the national layout-design invention patent and the utility model patent. The research of this project will make a well foundation for the heat measurement of condo house.
