| Engineering concrete temperature crack is the most concerned quality problem in the engineering field. Crack is the commonly occurred quality and technological problem. With reference to a lot of scientific literatures and based on the successful application of management technology in concrete temperature control of Three Gorges Project this paper gives an overview of the causes, affective factors and control management methods of concrete temperature crack.Temperature is the main cause of concrete crack. Concrete temperature contraction is affected by many complicated factors such as manpower operation, construction material, construction method, equipment and ambient environment.This paper is based on the analysis of concrete temperature control management of Three Gorges Project. It has discussed firstly the quality control method and techniques in the management process of hydroelectric engineering projects including concrete quality specialities, main factors affecting project quality - 4M1E, nextly carried a thorough analysis of mechanism and cause of concrete temperature crack and factors affecting concrete crack resistance and put forwards methods for cocnrete temperature control and crack repair, and finally made an evidential study by taking the example of concrete temperature control in Three Gorges Project.Management method of concrete temperature control is significantly important to the quality improvement of engineering projects. This paper will not only provide feasible mehtod and technology for the quality managers but also serve as a reference for further theoretic study. |
