In view of the characteristics of the large engineering project construction and management of project quality management and control in the construction factors are complicated,manage and control the quality of the project is very difficult,most academic research are more focus on theoretical research,it is difficult to meet the practical management of large engineering project quality requirements,so the paper on the basis of summarizing the theory of quality management in the system,aiming at the existing large engineering project construction quality management and control of the quality consciousness is not strong,the engineering quality common fault cannot effect a radical cure problems such as the status quo,around the large engineering project quality management and control method do the research of the system.Paper using the method of QC management thought and theory system from "man,machine,material,method,ring" five aspects analysis the influence factors of large engineering project quality management and control,in the large engineering project quality management and control in the process of introducing hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,building a large project quality management factors evaluation structure and large engineering project quality evaluation index system,carries on the research and analysis.Finally through the actual case of large engineering projects,the paper constructed the evaluation index system using structure and hierarchical analysis and fuzzy evaluation method is applied to the actual quality management and control in the process,in the paper to verify the research methods and models in actual engineering practicability and feasibility,for large engineering project quality management and control work to provide the reference and actual application value.Thesis based on some theories and concepts,through actual case study(Shanghai tower),the QC management theory to conduct a comprehensive analysis to its,the paper constructed the evaluation factors structure and evaluation index system should be to it,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the system analysis and research,verify the validity and practicability of the thesis research method.Provide a train of thought and method for largely engineering project.
