Reliability enhancement test (RET) technology began to get the attention of domestic reliability engineering circles from 1990s. Advanced test technology requires relevant test equipment. To further advance the application and development of RET technology in our country, relevant test equipment possessing independent intellectual property rights of our country should be developed. With a setting of the development of RET equipment, especially taking account of temperature and humidity control system, a series of relative research are done and design of control system of RET equipment is accomplished. The work possesses practical significance to promote and popularize the application of RET technology in the develop process of advanced arming. The main efforts and results of this thesis are consisted of several issues, as follows:1. The work theory of RET equipment as well as the fault mode and mechanism that some kinds of stress usually adopted in test can simulate are analyzed. Then the work theory and character of the control system of RET equipment are summarized. Thus, the design demands are advanced.2. Theoretic analysis on temperature and humidity environment in the chamber is done. Considering that temperature and humidity are coupled, the idea of compensatory decoupling control is brought forward.3. According to compare study on PLC control system and computer control system, collectivity project of control system is put forward. Then projects of temperature control system, humidity control system, vibration control system and safety system are designed and the control flow of temperature and humidity system is established.4. The hardware of PLC control system is designed and established, and the software of control system is designed and compiled. Then the communication between PLC and computer is debugged.
