| Now the diesel is used as the ship propulsion and prime generating electricity motor because of its high thermal efficiency, wide power scope, good flexibility, small volume, little quality, and other excellences. It is very important to research the mathematic model of the diesel, simulate and analyze its state capability under stable and active work conditions, evaluate its mechanical structure's reliability and life, and find out the weakness of the system. So the maintenance cost is lowed and the maintenance efficiency is improved, which is necessary for the diesel to run normally and safely.According to the designing and realizing of the capability simulation and evaluation system of diesel in Spaceflight telemetry tracking & command (TT&C) ships, the following aspects were researched profoundly in this paper:Firstly, the mathematic models of the diesel were established on the basis of the analysis of its mechanical structure and movement character. The models were validated credible by capability simulation under the stable and active work condition. Secondly, some technological capability evaluation parameters and methods were studied, and some available and useful conclusions were gained. Then, the parameters and methods of reliability were studied and analyzed, and the evaluation methods and steps were given. In the end, the evaluation system software of diesel in Spaceflight TT&C ships was introduced. This software realized the management on the testing data of diesel, the daily capacity simulation. And the functions and methods of the software were introduced simply.The result of this paper is valuable to do some deep research on the diesel of the spaceflight TT&C ship in the theory. This paper has great value to the initiative maintenance based on the states of the diesel. |
