This thesis mainly deals with the dynamic weighting and management of data of industrial consumer, according to the quick development of embedded system technology and internet technology in recent years. This embedded system has advantage of execution efficiency, software cubage, communication handling ability, multi-tasks, modular tailorable and so on. The system not only achieves the traditional weight measuring and data processing, but also can be configured to support multi-channel data collection through a multi-module configuration, and transmitting collecting data through the network system. The whole system using TFT display, and realizes the whole graphical display interface.Chapter 1 summarizes the background and the development of the dynamic weighting system, analyzes existing technological features of the dynamic weighting system, combines the demands of future market, puts forward the practical significance and specific research work of the dynamic weighting system.Chapter 2 inroduces the development of embedded technology, embedded operating system, embedded GUI and embedded tcp/ip network protocol stack. ARM introduction and the embedded development environment including developing enviroment's selection and embedded operation system are introduced, too.Chapter 3 outlines the general framework of this system, the development of the hardware and system-driven program. Finally, it brings forward the general overview of the application software.Chapter 4 mainly introduces the hardware design of this system, and the interface definition of each functional module.Charpter 5 is the main part of the thesis, which is dedicated to the detailed design of the system software. First the overall software scheme is listed. Also the method of programming bootloader of ARM and porting of UC/OS , LWIP,UC/GUI are stated. In the end, the thesis expatiates design and implement of the system, including drivers design and graphical user interface design of this system.Chapter 6 gives general testing of embedded technology and some testing cases in our system.Chapter 7 comes to a conclusion of the research and the prospect of further work.
