Key Technology Reserarch Of Construction For First High-Rise Steel Structure Residence Building In Shanxi

High-rise steel structure residence is a focus at home. Shanxi first high-rise steel structure residece increased layers at the foundation of one floor underground and four floors concrete structure, the middle transition floor is section steel concrete structure and rectangle tube concrete structure. No matter design or construct, the degree of difficulty is big at home. The paper launches research to the following five major key technology problem existing in this project construction course:1. Increasing layers of steel structure's influence and countermeasure to the bearing capacity of under-part.2. Quality problem and countermeasure that the first steel column processed.3. Question and countermeasure presented when being connected with concrete of original under-part and first steel column.4. Question and countermeasure of the second rectangle steel tube concrete column that appears when watered.5. Brittle fracture accident and countermeasure of the high-strength bolt of post junction of roof beam of the steel structure.The research conclusion of this paper will have important reference value to the construction similar to the project in the future.
