According to the characteristics of the supervisor's work, thesis emphasizes human affairs risk and professional responsibility risk, which are main unique risk. Moreover, it proposes the corresponding risk management method and measure.Comparing various methods of risk identify, I have found the method which suits risk recognition of the construction supervisor company and engineering project by reading literature and investigation, according to the characteristic of construction supervisor. The thesis identifies risk factors during the construction projects and establishes risk evaluation index system. The system is comprehensive, which not only is help for the management decision of supervision, but is close to the practical problems to help them solve the real problems.By fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the thesis analyzes tender risks which belong to the risks in the early stage and establishes the risk fuzzy analysis model to study fuzzy comprehensive evaluation's role in the risk analysis. Then, it makes use of the Analytic Hierarchy to evaluate the risks which supervisor face in the process of the project and makes examples illustrate its practicality. Meanwhile, according to the utility theory, it analyzes risk attitude's influence on decision-making's management by example. Finally, it expounds the risk management measures for the different risk.Risk management is easily overlooked and weaker point in the actual operation by enterprises. So, strengthening supervision enterprise risk management can help enterprises enhance supervision capability to resist risks. It has greatly practical significance for the development and growth of enterprises. Through the thesis's study, it provides a practical method system for potential risk, analysis, processing, decision-making in the construction projects so as to guide supervisors further engaging in the project risk management on construction supervision work.
