The Design Scheme And Realization Of 500kV Feixi Substation's Computer Monitoring And Control System

Substation automation greatly insures the security and stabilization of power system. The core which substation realizes automation is the automation of monitoring and control system. When the computer and network technologies were used in monitoring and control system, substation automation's level has been greatly promoted. Computer monitoring and control system has profound changed the management pattern of the power system, laid a good foundation for unattended substation.The original second systems of substation such as control, measurement, signal, telecontrol and so on are recombined, interlinked and computerized to be the computer monitoring and control system that takes the computer and the network technology as a core.This thesis discussed the history of the development of substation's computer monitoring and control system, focused on the design of current computer monitoring and control system, the characters of computer monitoring. The scheme of computer monitoring and control system based on project example was introduced finally.Substation's computer monitoring and control system was the function-oriented design at first, now has been the object-oriented design, the reliability and the function were greatly enhanced.The unattended substation is the demand of power system's development; it sets the corresponding request to each equipment and the management. The telecontrol center is a place in which unattended substations are monitored and controlled, it's monitoring and control system's design has its own characteristic, the safety demand of software and hardware system is greater.This thesis focused on the design scheme of computer monitoring and control system and it's realization in practice project. In the 500kV Feixi substation part of which was designed by author, computer monitoring and control system adopted the presently design scheme that has won the accept of the expert and the department.
