Since entering the new century,with the Chinese economic take-off,the production technology development change rapidly,the power industry as a pillar of economic development of theconstruction has been increasing.To meet the needs of the new situation,the China State Grid Corplaunched the "Three Five" system construction,in which the "Big Operation" system construction,makes the implementation of changes to "Centralized monitoring,Unmanned" as a symbol of the operation management mode in the 500kV substation inevitable.China Hebei branch to comply with the China State Grid Corp's " Three Five " system construction requirements,the Hebei 500kV substation maintenance subsidiary under the jurisdiction of,especially for the early construction in Lianzhou 500kV substation as the representative of the station,redesign and transform.The operation has reached 14 years at Shijiazhuang Southern Lianzhou 500kV substation as an example,studies the development situation of domestic and foreign 500kV EHV substation integrated automation system and direction,expounds the basic function of integrated substation automationsystem,the basic structure,operation mode and data communication,the substation integrated automation system the hardware structure,control system,microcomputer protection device,data communications and other in-depth theoretical research,and combined with the research contentgives Lianzhou 500kV integrated automation system of substation monitoring system,communication system,relay protection scheme.The research focused on the graphical interface of substation monitoring system specification,the specific requirements of Lianzhou station monitoring system relatedprimitives,marking,labeling,data,color,layout is given.Through comprehensive automation for 500kV substation,the transformation of the existing power equipment,the existing relay protection,communication device and other automated equipment forupgrading,so as to realize the main equipment to the station the measurement,control,protection,monitoring and information transmission,to improve the safe operation level objective.The research has an important guiding significance for 500kV substation comprehensive automation.
