The Research Of Quality Control And Key Character For A Column-assist Type Electric Power Steering System (C-EPS)

In order to meet the request of clients and become superiority in market competition, the manufacture model of mass customization (MC) is used in many modern enterprises.In this model, the cost and speed in manufacture are equal to the model of mass production and enterprises can meet the customers' deversification and personalized demands. The quality control is one of the most important factors among them, which can help MC companies work effectively. Under the main reserch on product design and process design, the dissertation systemic study some aspects of quality control technologies such as quality function deployment, quality control rules, process design and so on and an program on the quality control of C-EPS (Column -assist Type Electric Power Steering System) is maken out. The main research contents and achivements are as follows:1. The implementation program of product quality control under mass customization is studied. According to the character of mass customization, an program is given after the layout of product family of C-EPS and introdution of function module in product design and process design.2. The set up of product family and product platform for quality control is studied. The product family and product platform are founded including the essence messages,quality and rules of qulity control. After eatablished the database of instance about the quatliy, a GBQC model for quality control on the product platform is given based on the instance and rules.3. The quality control on product design of C-EPS is studied. We use QFD to acquire the demands of client and technical character of product, import the parameter of product design by secondary development on UG software. Then we carry throgh the quality control for every phase in product design according the instace in database and level of product structure tree. On the basis of GBQC model, a method of quality control for product design is given.4. The method on process design of C-EPS and the quality control on procedure is studied. Through established the database of process of product family and on the basis of model of GBQC, a method of process design is given, which is worked on the process route bunch of product family. Then analysing the quality control on procedure and key technologies, a method for procedure quality control is given.
