| Forked Parts is an important part of automobile gearbox. Forked Parts assembly constitutes an important link in the parts development process, and assembly quality has direct influence on the vehicle performance. People demand automobile for higher performance requirement than other products, so it must has rational design, high-accuracy machining, high- stability in the assembly process, stability and dependability of the detection method. On the premise of taking account of efficiency, these demands enhance the technology of automation test system. The system of test and assembly automation has been used in all our automotive parts enterprises.Forked Parts in this paper are complicated and parts were similar, manual assembly is a bald and fallible process. Being accurate and fast, this assembly and test method can meet the demands of practical production. The method in this paper was fast,accurate and High-efficiency. The system has good economic profit to automotive parts enterprises; it has great significance for enhancing the Core competence and key technology on automobile of corporation.Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) has the advantage of smaller volume, high- efficiency easiness to operate, high- -reliability and low cost et al, so PLC to be used for control center in this machine.This paper, based upon two technical fields-material engineering and control engineering, proceeds to expound the work principle of the forked parts assembly and test. Based upon this principle, study the computer control system of the forked parts assembly and test, the main contents are as follow:(1) Introduce the work principle, structure peculiarity and identity of the forked parts assembly and test.(2) Based upon the working process and controlling demand of parts assembly and test, i research the control system of the forked parts assembly and test.(3) The serial communication between PLC and Computer has been completed with using the software MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated system).How to collect and dispose data is stated simply. With this above, the controlling system of the forked parts assembly and test is developed. (4) This design achieves assembly information display in the production line using the software MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated system).This system can record alert information,assembly information,login information and other detail information, It offers an statistics data for management modernization of the production line. |
