In this system, to achieve the goal—the entire numerical control and satisfy big operand and the rapid request of permanent magnetism synchronous motor vector transformation control algorithm, this article takes permanent magnetism synchronous motor as the research object, and conducts the systematical research and design to its controller on the basis of digital electrical machinery control special-purpose DSP chip TMS320LF2407A. It mainly discusses the control method of the speed ring and the electric current link, proposing one kind of non-linearity backstepping control strategy. It designs the electric current backstepping controller and the speed backstepping controller. Moreover it utilizes MATLAB/The SIMULINK to establish the simulation model of permanent magnetism synchronous motor vector control system, and conducts the control simulation research. Finally it introduces the hardware design and realization of this system, and developes the corresponding software.The simulation result indicates that the profile conforms to the theoretical analysis, the system can move steadily and it has good static and dynamic characteristics. So the simulation result proves the validity and the actual feasibility of the control plan in permanent magnetism synchronous motor speed-adjust system. In addition, the simulation result lays the rationale for the further actual research.
