A Study About Landuse Coordinating Planning And Control In National Park

The core strategic goal of the National Parks planning in China, which has entered a new stage that much more emphasizes sustainable development, is to protect scenery resources strictly and utilize the resources continuously. So, the study about exploring a way which can coordinate the relationships between protect and exploitation harmoniously has been turned into a hotspot issue of our country s National Park work.According to practices and researches, writer thinks that the most direct and effective way to solve the issue is to plan land-- the integrated carrier of all resources, human behaviors, and nature processes—coordinately and controlling in aspects of land layout, landuse, land monitor and management in order to coordinate and control the relationships among human, land, and substance in National Parks area.Due to this understanding, this dissertation firstly discusses the need and methodology of study about landuse coordinating planning and control, and defines the task of landuse coordinating planning in National Parks based on synthetical analysis of plan system constitution in National Parks and land control and management methods in correlation fields.Secondly, constructs the theory framework of landuse coordinating planning and control by discriminating objects which are keystones of landuse coordinating planning, and control factors which constitutes the objects.Thirdly, researches the compilation ways, compilation contents, monitor system and management system of landuse coordinating planning in National Parks.
