This thesis is backgrounded by Shanghai Pudong Airport Second Phase project. We rise the topic of " How shall we manager transportation transfer under the fact that the landside resources of Huge-air-Hub are nearly inadequate. The thesis deeply analyzed theoretic background of the said research topic, which are "Globalization Trend of Air Transportation", "Continuous Development Trend of Public Transportation System", "Human Care Development Trend of Urban Traffic Space" and "Development Trend from Airport to Air Port". Extended from the traffic structure of "public Transportation Priority", the Transfer arrange of "Human care", functional space of "miscellaneity " and "Integrated" passenger transportation information platform, we particularly analyzed characteristics and demands of different aspects of traffic transfer. Referred to present operational condition of PuDong First Phase airport, experience of representable international air hub and examples of PuDong Second Phase airport construction, the thesis expatiated, step by step from distinct methods, aspects and viewpoints, the whole progress design work with the methodology of combining theory with practice, combining analysis with data, combining summarization with examples and combining prediction with analysis. The objective of this topic is : analyze and summarize common principle of different kinds of traffic flow and traffic mode of airport landside traffic transfer; analyze and study functional layout arrangement standard and method in the integrated traffic model; analyze and study basic principle and method of traffic arrangement, traffic distribution. traffic leading and traffic control; analyze and determine the effect toward landside traffic arrangement from commercial or air hub model.
