Research On Function Allocation And Space Design Of Community Elderly Care Service Facilities Under Chain Operation Mode

With the increasing aging people of the population in our country,the traditional modes of family nursing and institution nursing can not satisfy the needs of the aged.As an important part of the aged service system,community nursing service facilities can provide support for the aged at home.While the government has introduced a series of policies to promote the construction of community elderly care service facilities,there are also problems such as ambiguous construction standards,unreasonable spatial design,and unsustainable operation of such facilities,which obstruct the effective supply of community elderly care services.The purpose of this study is to optimize the functional configuration and spatial design of community elderly care service facilities,satisfy the needs of elderly care,and realize the elderly care nearby.Firstly,the basic information of the elderly,such as age,physical condition and income level,as well as the types of needs for community elderly care services were understood through questionnaires.The influencing factors of community elderly care service demand and service utilization were analyzed,and the allocation principles and suggestions for community elderly care services under the chain operation model were discussed.In Dongcheng district of Beijing,five community elderly care service facilities with chain operation mode were selected as the research objects.By understanding the operation situation of their community elderly care service,the basic characteristics of service users and the usage amount of community elderly care service,the factors affecting the utilization of community elderly care service and the impact of chain operation mode on the income and cost of facility operation were discussed.Through spot observation method,field investigation was carried out to understand the differences of space use flow lines and actual utilization of different facilities in providing community elderly care services,and to explore the appropriate spatial scale,plane function layout and reasonable area ratio of community elderly care service facilities with different service functions.Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual state of space utilization of elderly care service facilities in chain-operated communities,combined with the investigation and analysis results of community elderly care service needs,the community elderly care service facilities are classified into care-oriented facilities,medical and health care facilities and comprehensive facilities,and the functional configuration suggestions for each type of facilities are proposed.Combined with the characteristics of chain operation and the status quo and problems of space utilization,the paper puts forward the optimal design suggestions and graphic design examples of main functional space.Finally,according to the above conclusions,it concludes the graphic design suggestions of community elderly care service facilities.It provides reference for realizing the sustainable operation of community elderly care service facilities,and satisfies the beautiful vision of the elderly living in the familiar community environment.
