Along with the increase of the transporting demand of port bulk cargo coal and steel ore , for quickening the speed of ship's turnover and lifting the efficiency of ship unloading , it is to bring forward the higher request for the selection and confirm of the port unloader's lectotype.Along with the continuous progress of the science and technology and the continuous improvement of the design , manufacture and management of the ship unloader , the equipment for bulk cargo port ship unloading comes from 600t/h portal crane with hopper to 3000t/h gantry grab ship unloader and to 4000t/h continuous ship unloader . The continuous ship unloader can be separated in bucket wheel type , helix type and chain bucket type according to the different structure of receiving material . The gantry grab ship unloader can be sperated in self-travelling trolley type , wire rope wrapping system of main and assistant pulling trolleys , wire rope wrapping system of pulling trolley by mechanical differential four-drum and wire rope wrapping system of pulling trolley by electrical differential four-drum . Because the use of the ship unloader mainly effected by the elements of shipping type , natural condition , adaptability to cargo , environment protection and investment and economic benefit , but the ship unloader's lectotype is only stayed on the simply contrast among the elements and doesn't analysis relation between the elements by the numbers and deeply . So the design and manufacture of the whole equipment doesn't suit to the condition of operating and cause unreasonable joint and resources waste after in use .Based on the above analysis , the article is hard to use the Operational Research and Fuzzy Mathematics to build up a set of the system of evaluation for providing the important foundation of decision-making of the lectotype of the port ship unloader.
