Chain bucket continuous ship unloader has become the main unloading equipment in modern ports.With the scale of ship unloading,the requirement of high efficiency and automation is increasing,the automatic unloading technology of chain bucket type continuous ship unloader is becoming more and more popular.It is the starting point of this topic to improve the efficiency of unloading operations and enhance the automation level of port unloading.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the subject,briefly describes the development of ship unloaders and the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the structure and working principle of chain bucket type continuous ship unloaders.Then,the paper designs the control system of the chain bucket ship unloader,and designs the hardware system of the ship unloader according to the overall control requirements,including the selection of control system hardware,the configuration of distributed IO and PROFINET equipment.At the same time,the overall communication framework of ship unloader is designed to realize the information exchange between HMI and PLC,PLC and SIMOTION.Next,the overload protection flow and control program of the hoist overload protection system are designed,the load limit value of the chain bucket hoist is set,and the feedback control of the pitching mechanism is realized.The starting process of pitching hydraulic system,the operation of ascending and descending and the temperature control system of hydraulic station are designed,and the corresponding control program is designed.Finally,the WINCC configuration monitoring interface to add alarm and prompt information,the connection of system variables are introduced.The upper computer interfaces such as pitch control interface,semi-automatic control interface,automatic sprinkler interface,mechanism control interface and mechanism state interface are designed.The field operation and remote monitoring of chain bucket continuous ship unloader are realized.
