Remanufacturing is processes which ultimately produce a qualified product by curing a batch of waste products. Because of keeping the value of products farthest, it is the best form of recycling. For the wear and canker mainly occurred on surface of waste components, various of surface technology and complex surface technology, mainly used to restore parts size, these are the important technology of implementing manufacturing. In engineering practice, it is much more urgent to get retired parts as the rough and resume size of rough by remanufacturing, such as repairing the size of engine connecting rod diameter bulk, engine cylinder seal combination, automobile crankshaft surface and some parts of tiny defect on surface, Application of the existing surface technology and composite surface technology, or transformation of existing technology can solve many practical issues in the practice, truly get the requirements of high quality, high efficiency, energy saving and materials, and environmental protection.This paper presents the R&D activities of Flow Plating Technology (FPT) in China. Because of low efficiency, the traditional manual brush plating is not suitable for automation and mass production requirements. Therefore, this paper proposes a Flow Plating Technology. It is characterized by anodic without a cotton pack to store plating fluid; plating anodes and the work piece maintaining a certain space; plating fluid circularly pumped to flow to plating work area. Through a series of researches, brush-plating anode material has been chosen, flow plating interface has been designed, through optimizing parameters of orthogonal test-plating process, industrial applications have been processing. Thereby overcoming the defects and shortcomings which is labor-intensive, low productivity, difficult to meet volume operations, and not stable enough on coating quality of the traditional process of manual brush. Shaft wear Size recovery is an important process on disposingremanufacturing rough. In this paper, we researched micro-pulse resistance welding and surfacing by electro-spark techniques of resuming wear Size of Crankshaft oil cover, and made crankshaft remanufacturing process standard. Therefore, large-size cylinder parts tiny defect repair technology research and development must be solved as follows key technology: establishing an method of effective, rapid and economic metal shortcomings and crack detection, according to the cause, location, size, and so the actual situation of the formation of cracks and defects, establishing different repair methods. In this paper, a tiny defect repair kits has been exploited, it is an integration of a variety of metal parts scratches, wear, cracks and other defects repair methods toolkit. Tiny defect repair kits can be used to quickly and efficiently on various parts crack detection, defect repair and evaluation of the restoration.Innovation: First, studied brush plating and Flow Plating Technology and developed Semi-automatic brush and flow plating equipment for three cylindrical geometries of Plane, inner circle and outer circle. Through choosing brush-plating anode material, designing flow plating interface, and realizing the cycle supply of plating fluid, overcame the defects and shortcomings which is labor-intensive, low productivity, difficult to meet volume operations, and not stable enough on coating quality of the traditional process of manual brush, and declared four national Invention Patents. second, applied micro-pulse resistance welding and surfacing by electro-spark techniques on resuming wear Size of Crankshaft oil cover, and made crankshaft remanufacturing process standard. Third, carried out a research of tiny defect repair technology of large-size cylinder parts and developed a micro-defect repair toolbox.
