Research On Lean Management And Decision-making Based On Digitized Power System

With the development and application of digitized techniques, the information application level of distribution grid in China has improved. SHANGHAI MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY(SMEPC) has pushed forward the researches and practices of Digitized Power Supply System (DPSS) effectively, including'Digitized Monitor and Control of Grid','Business Flow Information'and'Integrated Operations and Management'. It has made periodical achievements, especially in the integrity of enterprise application.This article discusses preliminary implementation of digitized supplying mode based on integrated information and techniques applied with lean management concerns the status of digitized grid of SMEPC. More over this article makes further researches on lean management mode of Power Company in the fields of techniques and management.First, this article introduces the concept and development of DPSS and Lean Management with the case of DPSS in Huangpu District in east Shanghai. Expatiation is given on the framework of DPSS, system configuration, monitoring mode implementation of functions. In the meanwhile, SMEPC gives brief introduction of general deployment, taking EAI platform as the center of ESB, to realize service connection method of application system, data integration and flow integration, configuration together with management and systematic monitoring and maintenance of EAI platform management; to establish important data basis of entity application integrity with the help of internet data between PMS and CIS. Moreover, the article introduces the Lean Management project carried out on the basis of digitized information of URBAN POWER SUPPLY COMPANY OF SMEPC,with the projects such as lean management of line loss, lean breaker maintenance, lean integrity of distribution line team, lean package in Huangpu District. All the projects carried out are to be taken as application exploration of lean management. HUDONG POWER SUPPLY BRANCH OF SMEPC has achieved greatly in management and framework of grid. At the same time, a great deal of grid digitized information is provided for the linkage of lean management concerns departments such as production, marketing, management. In this way, linkage period has been shortened among departments. All these information has provided the managers an analysis platform. Hence, work efficiency is improved. The success of the project illustrates that this management mode will take an important role in future work in the scopes of loss management, business process management, rushing repairs management once with the support of grid information.Implementing Lean Management Mode through techniques of digital system will be the technique base for the object of State Grid, which is Intensified Operations and Refined Management .
