In today's high-speed development of economic,wider some elements of the crime channels become, more diverse methods。As a modern transport vehicles are often used by criminals to carry out criminal activities。In order to combat those criminals to stop illegal use of motor vehicles to carry out criminal activities, to design a portable, universal good car blocking system to protect people and property, and maintain social stability is very meaningful.Automotive vehicles blocking system is divided into rigid and flexible system stopped cars blocking system. Rigid vehicle blocking system now more common, but in order to protect the car and when the car stopped to avoid having too much of an impact, the vehicle stopped flexible system have more development and research value. Flexible car blocking system design key point is how to absorb the kinetic energy of vehicles. Energy-absorbing common mode of friction are brake disc, brake friction clamp, turbine-damper and so on. Compere turbine damper with other energy absorption that without friction braking, high-speed car produced more braking torque, the advantages of relatively simple structure.In the 709 technology projects background ,this paper supports a turbine damper car blocking system design, primarily for turbine damper car to block the absorption characteristics of the study. The working principle of turbine damper and method of braking turbine damper have been Analysed . This paper has an in-depth analysis of the dynamic performance of the car to stop and a simulation analysis and experimental discussions, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the car blocked and application system and technical reference of the possible methods of the study. Turbine damper main principle is that the initiative drive wheel drive liquid rotate, driven out of the rotation for high-speed liquid into the round, the round will converted liquid engrgy to thermal energy, will be counter-productive round of the liquid produced braking torque. Overseas, the turbine damper has been relatively mature development, in China, the development, production and application of turbine damper are still in the initial stage.Because computer software and computational fluid dynamics inherent in some of the assumptions is not perfect, liquid flow in the flow is very complex, existence three-dimensional unsteady viscous non-turbulent flow.Therefore ,Internal turbine damper on the flow field in the calculation process, whether theoretical or experimental methods used, accurate analysis of the various components work in the medium of movement for the situation are quite difficult. Based on one-dimensional beam theory, the basic design parameters of the known circumstances, the direct use of hydraulic calculation method established a turbine damper car braking torque system blocked the mathematical model. Using MATLAB simulation analysis of the dynamic braking torque and speed round the relationship between the curve and find a drive wheels leaves import and export value of the best angle. This paper also used kinematic theory of the vehicle interdiction force and the movement, then analysis the dynamic performance of the vehicle and the comparison of the simulation results,experimental results,derived displacement and speed of the car, displacement and the scallops rally changes relationship.This paper is work on the following aspects: (1)Turbine damper on the car blocking the energy absorption system is designed to determine the size and structure of the various performance parameters.(2)According to the basic theory of hydraulic brake, the turbine damper wheel brake torque and dynamic relationship between the calculation speed of the turbine damper round cycle of work flow analysis, the flow and speed of the drive wheels Mathematics relationship, and discussed different hydraulic turbine damper on the volume of braking performance impact.(3)Research two methods for designing turbine damper, the hydraulic fluid similarity and hydraulic calculation method.(4)According to the method of hydraulic calculation turbine damper braking performance model, found some of the best structural parameters for a turbine damper by simulation analysis.(5)The vehicles were stopped on the dynamic performance of the in-depth analysis is develop the vehicles were obstuctle at arametthe relationship of displacement, velocity, resistance of the network and dynamic performance parameters.This paper developed by the turbine damper car blocking system is expected to meet the basic design parameters of the performance requirements. But many of the beam theory turbine damper assumptions and the actual flow of the liquid is not completely coincide, some parameters need to support by experimental data.
