The consumption of oil by oil vehicle takes up large amount in oil consumption, therefore, the people conceive the manner that using electric vehicle to take place of the oil automobile that can be divided into three kinds including battery electric vehicle, hybrid electric vehicle and fuel cell vehicle. Battery electric vehicle is a kind of vehicle that is zero emission, low pollution, particularly the worth of application of battery electric vehicle is very high, especially working as city bus and short way travel bus. As a result, studying battery electric vehicle is of great important meaning.The whole vehicle control is one of key techniques in the battery electric vehicle. This technology is using for the driving control of vehicle, managing the network, optimizing the energy of vehicle, controlling of regenerative energy, displaying the vehicle's information, and diagnosing the malfunction and alarming. If there is no whole vehicle control technology, the control and management to the aspect above can not be carried out, the whole vehicle controller provide the guarantee of hardware, and also the basic of whole vehicle control, therefore, studying the whole vehicle controller that possesses good performance has great significant.In this dissertation, the whole vehicle controller is confirmed to the study object, based on the reference of the same kind model between the domestic and foreign study fruits, the design of whole vehicle controller of battery electric bus is keystone. The scheme of whole vehicle controller is mainly finished. The hardware of whole vehicle controller. The control flow is analyzed. This is the base of development of whole vehicle controller and control strategies.The main contents of this dissertation is below:1. The whole environment of this vehicle is analyzed, the subsystem is introduced and described in detail, the differences between battery electric vehicle and conventional oil vehicle, this is the fundamental of defining the function of whole vehicle controller。2. Expatiate the conception and feature of embedded system. According to the environment of whole vehicle, the function of whole vehicle is defined. The function is including the vehicle driving control, network management, the optimizing control of energy, energy regenerative control, the vehicle information displaying, diagnosing the malfunction and alarming when it occur.3. According to the function of vehicle control unit and the requirement of automotive electronic control, the minimum system of whole vehicle controller based on the 16-bit control unit MC9S12DP512.The adjusting circuit of digital input of vehicle is designed, the circuit of CAN drive is designed, the drive circuit of planet gear box is designed.4. According to the function requirement of whole vehicle, the control flow of whole vehicle controller. The flow is including the total control flow, driving flow, regenerative braking flow, interrupt control flow, energy control strategy.In this dissertation, some work has been done about the basic study on the whole vehicle controller of battery electric bus, the research on the whole vehicle control need further study, the development of whole vehicle controller and vehicle control program also need more study. |
