Based on the theory of Bioelectronics, bio-feedback instrument is a special instrument for measuring skin conductance, temperature and others biology parameters. Bio-feedback instrument has played an important role in the development history of psychology. It is widely used in neuro-psychology including educational psychology, medical psychology, sports psychology, as well as various kinds other social areas.With the development of Bio-feedback technology, there appeared many kinds of bio-feedback instruments. Compared with foreign products, domestic products have a short development history and don't have a lot of varieties. The author puts forward a bio-feedback instrument based on bluetooth wireless technology. It not only keeps the original characteristic but also features easy transportation and experiment freedom, showing high application value.Compared with the advantage and disadvantage of others short distant wireless communication technology, Bluetooth technology becomes the wireless transmit solution between the biology capture module and PC based on the advantage of simple, convenient, and mature short distant wireless communication.The key of successful application of the system is whether it has good low power consumption design and stable performance. Comparing the most widely used MCU in the market from the point of performance, power consumption, integration level, price and development tool, the author finally chose MSP430FG439 as the core processor, which has higher performance/price ratio.The software design of the biology capture module is centered on low power consumption. In idle state, the single chip computer is in low power consumption condition; all functions can be achieved in interrupt service routine. Meanwhile, the work of all modules can be done without involvement of CPU, which fully displays the low power consumption advantage of MSP430, realizing power supply by batteries. Widely applied the fields of scientific research and medical treatment, upper application software development of the wireless bio-feedback instrument is very important, for it is the direct interface through which customers use the instrument. Limited to the time, the paper doesn't conduct research into this part.
