This paper describes some aspects of service restoration system. Present a model of two-layer-tree structure to describe the topology of distribution network, and use the overall and local dynamic connectivity analysis method to fit with the network topology. This paper proposed a layered backward/forward sweep algorithm without reordering for distribution network to calculate flow. And this algorithm can be parallel computed in the same layer of distribution network.This paper proposes a new algorithm for service restoration of distribution systems which is based on layered power supply tree. The algorithm layers the power tree which can express distribution network. The restoration problem is divided into two parts: off-line calculation and on-line calculation. The calculation unrelated to the fault mode is performed offline, and the data received from the off-line calculation can help to reduce the searching space of on-line calculation. Through fuzzy evaluation, the optimal plan can be chosen from the optional service restoration plans.
