The current city competition is already not the sole city competition, more displays for the region competition, the group competition. As it does, the massive urban agglomeration, the metropolis circle and the urban belt appear in the world. The economic integration can not be separated from road transport integration. With the acceleration of highway construction; Chinese highway network has taken shape. However, the road network is not equal to the road passenger transport network from the transportation point of view. The geographical market segmentation of road passenger transport, as well as the singleness of form and the lack of co-ordination between enterprises, all these make the superiority could not be well used. Expressway passenger transport is also facing fierce competition from other modes of transport, such as railway, navigation and so on simultaneously. Therefore, how to use the high-speed expressway access functions, allocate the resources of passenger transport in line and combining with each other reasonably to form a network of express transportation, is the key step to resolve the issues for road passenger transport.Two problems are mainly discussed in this thesis, one is the network adaptability, and the other is the design of line of road passenger transport network. On the research of adaptability, the passenger transport network adaptability the level and the regional imbalance of regional economic are used to analysis the pertinence and the convergence of the regional road passenger transport network, as well as the characteristic demands of passenger transport integration. On the basis of researching and drawing on foreign experience on road regional integration, this thesis advances a way of composition of the passenger transport network. On the problem of optimization, a double-deck planning model of optimal allocation of benefits including two sorts of decision-making variable is constructed in this part. It could be used to solve and optimize the problem of regional road passenger transport network, and make use of the descendible arithmetic to get the design. A simple case is also brought in which uses this model to get the blue print, and compare it to relatively research. The comparing result explains the feasibility and the capacity of searching optimization.The regional road passenger transport network plays a very important role in the development of regional economy integration. Therefore, the network optimization is discussed and an example is carried on. Some references are offered on the scientific decision-making of construction and management of regional road passenger transport integration network.
