According to asphalt mortar theory: asphalt mixture is a dispersed system with the structure of multi-level space mesh cementing. It is a rough dispersed system which considers coarse aggregate as the dispersed phase dispersed in dispersion medium of asphalt mortar. Also, asphalt mortar is a small dispersed system which considers fine aggregate as the dispersed phase dispersed in dispersion medium of asphalt mortar. The asphalt mortar is a micro-dispersed system which considers powder filler as the dispersed phase dispersed in dispersion medium of high consistency asphalt. It is well known that asphalt mortar is composed of mineral powder and asphalt which play a bonding aggregate and filling air voids role in the asphalt concrete at the same time. In a certain sense, asphalt mortar performs a most important role in 3 category decentralized system of asphalt concrete.Previous researches on asphalt mortar are centered on the mineral powder acid-alkali character, fineness, powder and asphalt ratio, which is far from enough. To profound understanding of Mechanical behavior of asphalt mortar material, it is necessary to regard asphalt mortar as a integrity and research on its road performance which is based on the theories of visco-elastic. As an important part of asphalt mortar technology researching, how to conduct systematic research on asphalt mortar and to understand their micro-rheological properties has Very important theoretical research value and practical significance of Engineering.Through the dynamic rheological shear test, this paper analysis the law of rheologic property changes at high temperature of asphalt mortar in different conditions such as different levels of shear stress, angular velocity, temperature and different powder and asphalt ratio. The paper has analysised the above factors'primary and secondary relationship to anti-Rut factor and anti-fatigue factor of asphalt mortar by using grey relation theory. The paper has been fitted the principal curve of asphalt mortar in different powder and asphalt ratio according to the DSR frequency scan results. Then, the four parameters of Burgers model has been obtained through the optimal method of objective function. By analysising the fitting result, we conclude that the parameters of Burgers model increase in the form of an exponential with the increase of temperature and in the form of linear with the increase of powder and asphalt ratio.Through direct tensile test, had measured the stress-strain relationship of asphalt mortar under different conditions. The paper has been fitted the visco-elastic parameters of Burgers model according to the test data by using nonlinearity regression function in SPSS13.0.Through analysis, we found that Burgers model parameters E1,E2,η1,η2 increase in the form of linear with the increase of powder and asphalt ratio. Finally, a according to the fitting solution results of the asphalt mortar visco-elastic model parameters, this paper has done DSR and DTT numerical simulation test of asphalt mortar by using PFC3D calculation procedures. And then conclude a result that user-defined Burgers contact model and numerical simulation test which is based on particle flow procedures can be used on dynamic mechanics performance forecasting by analysised the model forecast result and laboratory test result.
