Study On The Exterior Space Environment Of Low Level Residential Districts

With the development of city and living standard, people now seek residence with higher qualities, low level residential district is the first people selected because its near to nature, beautiful environment and convenient to contacts. So how to create a "family" with have meeting of minds, mitigate the pressure from the city and people love, live comfortable on exterior space environment of the low level residential district is what I research.Through research the traditional residential district in Chinese and Western, then analyze their advantages and disadvantages. And then put forward the problems in the construction of our residential district. Based on summarize the contents of exterior space environment of the low level residential district, the article analyzes its influence factors, at last, put forward the principles and design skills of total space environment. And research the design skills of the exterior feature spaces in low level residential district-street space, courtyard space, gate-export space, outline space. In then end, analyze the example of Xi'an Zi Wei villa district.This article with the aid of residential district plan theory, use the ways of arrange and analyze, research, observation to analyze the examples and theories in Chinese and Western. Then summarize some design skills in total space environment and feature spaces on exterior space environment of the low level residential district. I hope this article will cause the future by the time to work carries on becomes a richer practice and the guiding sense, will provide the beneficial reference for our country exterior space environment of the low level residential district design and the construction practice.
