This paper, which is based on the solar simulator in the lab simulating the environment of desert, proves the feasibility of forecasting the inner radiation luminance distribution graph received by the solar simulator in environment lab using the optical analytical software and experimental study.The issue is analyzed by establishing the solar simulator model used the professional software Light Tools. In order to describe the distribution graph of radiation of the solar simulator received in the lab precisely, the receiver of the solar simulator is divided into one hundred and ninety five grids which are parallel to measure point on the earth. Besides, the changes of the solar irradiation on the receiver are obtained by changing the angle of the high reflective material plane and the receiver of the soar simulator and the width of the high reflective material plane. Finally, the experimental result is compared with the result of the optical software.According to the analytics of simulate result, it's abstained that the less, the angle between the baffle-board and the vertical plane of lamp, the bigger, the corresponding efficiency irradiation area. The increase of efficiency irradiation area is the highest, when the angle changes from inner zero degree to outer seven degree, but the irradiation asymmetry is less when the angle between the baffle-board and the vertical plane of lamp is outer ten degree by the comparison of the irradiation asymmetry.The efficiency irradiation area is increasing. When the width increases by one hundred meter between five hundreds to one thousand five hundreds, while the length between the receiving planes is two thousands, the angle between the four thousands five hundreds millimeter length baffle-board and vertical plane of lamp is outer ten angles. But it's obtained that the irradiation asymmetry change little as the changing of baffle-board width after simulating the comparison of irradiation asymmentry.The bigger radiation in the efficiency area is always one thousand two hundred and four point two watt per square meter when the width baffle-board increased by one hundred millimeter between nine hundreds meter and one thousand five hundred meter. It's proved that the width increase of baffle-board do not change the radiation in the center of efficiency area.
