In recent years, with the continuous development of the economy, automobiles have gradually entered our family. Mortgage credit has become the most popular way of personal consumption of automobiles. How effectively monitoring loans vehicles is a very significant problem for the car dealers. The paper provides the perfect solutions of vehicles management for auto finance industry, which can effectively improve the existing regulation of auto finance industry and service efficiency. The Intelligent Vehicle Management System make full uses of the latest achievements of information technology. Inluding the global satellite positioning system (GPS), wireless communication (GPRS), geographic information systems (GIS), which are used to real-time accurate monitoring credit vehicles. GPRS technology have advantages of high speed, high reliability. Particularly GPRS's reasonable, low cost data is very significant for the long-term operation of vehicle monitoring system.This article comes from the Intelligent Vehicle management system of WUHAN CENSTONE Digial Technology Inc. According to the development of vehicle monitoring system and actual needs of the market, tracking the development of modern information technology and the trend of auto financial industry needs. The paper proposed a monitoring system based on GPRS. At the same time, the paper design the vehicle monitoring terminal In accordance with the system.Vehicle Monitoring Terminal is the important component of Vehicle Intelligent Management System. At first, the paper analyze the system's functional requirements, make choices of the key technologies and design the terminal hardware, detailedly introduce the control module, the GPS module, GPRS module and the module of the system power.Then the paper completed the software design, the various modules drivers are given, and in accordance with the characteristics of micro-controller, provide a new method of software simulation to hardware serial interface, greatly improves the expansibility of the system, gives the simulation programes that drive GPS modules and external SPI memory chips.Finally the paper separates the different priority classes of the system's tasks, making the whole programme completely driven by the system interruption, greatly reduces the power consumption. The method get less power consumption than the traditional microcontroller programming, which ensure the monitoring terminal long-term, stable operation.A lot of experiments prove the method that the paper provided, which has low power consumption, small data delay with GPRS network, high reliability and high speeds. Because of the low cost of the terminal, the product has good market prospects.
