The topic of researching automatic electricity distributing equipment is more and more become hot. Electricity is one of energy human controlled in the most cost-effective, environmental pollution at least and most widely used. Improve energy utilization and operation of security become the focus and difficult that research the automatic electricity distributing equipment and system in all of the word. In view of the rural areas, population distribute evacuated and the reformation of power grids is not completely, so that a kind of monitor terminal hardware and software of automatic electricity distributing system is developed in this paper.Based on comparing, analyzing and drawing the design-technical solutions of foreign and domestic researching the automatic electricity distributing equipment, in view of the problem of the costs of equipments, measuring accuracy and reliability of information -transmission as well as security, a hierarchical design and a variety of means of communication are used to realize distribution network remote and automatic detection-functions; Based on experimental methods, selected the precision chip to measuring energy, ATT7022B, and STM32 ARM processors to raise measurement accuracy and response rate; In order to meet the electromagnetic compatibility, safety and reliable operation of the system, the overall structure of the hardware is designed sub-layer board to better achieve the strength of signal isolation and improve the power system; using the method of modular-designing, C language and embedded programming to develop the ARM procedures,serial communication and GPRS communication protocol of the monitoring -terminal, in order to achieve the goal of monitoring and controlling remotely.Using of the methods of experiments and detecting software on the system host computer to test the software and hardware, the results show that: this system is wider distribution and higher fitness than the traditional equipments; system is running well, achieve the basic design goals desired. Instability for certain measurements and the poor goodness of fitting, analyzed the reasons and put forward for future improvement measures. Provide a research platform to further real-time accurate monitoring and other functions of the terminal of the rural automatic power distribution system to monitor.
