Along with China's enhanced economic power, ropeway industry has a rapid development trend. But with the overquick development on recent society and economy, engineering force on freight ropeway quickly turns into on passenger ropeway, without solution toward lack of technology and slow growth on passenger ropeway.Circulating Experiment Monocable Ropeway of Northeast Forestry University is designed according to practical application structure, reduced proportion and based on the actual landform. Adopting aerial type, the whole design is made totally according to the design criterion of Circulating Experiment Monocable Ropeway. Assuring the intergrity and practicality of ropeway and meanwhile referring to the specific requirements of teaching and research, it measures every parameter under different load weight, load span, load quantity and speed. Based on all the requirements above and Industrial Control Configuration Software Theory, it promotes the teaching and research process of passenger ropeway control.In this paper, from ergonomics point of view, the speed of passenger ropeway was analyzed. The researches methods based on the signal of human physiological was submitted. Taken the heart rate variability as an example, the affect on human physiological factors by the speed of passenger ropeway was researched. On the base of that, the suitable operating speed of passenger ropeway was developed and the control systems of passenger ropeway become more safety,According to this, one reasonable ergonomics speed model of a passenger ropeway was developed. Finally, the research and experimental method based on human physiological signal was supported.The research method used in this paper is that a new method used to measure the passengers'hearts rate which is called Wavelet analysis in order to reflect dynamically the change of passengers'hearts rate during the change of ropeway's velocity and through this method we can get the influence rule of passengers'hearts rate changes when they are on the ropeway in all time-domain for the first time.The first experiment results in the aspect of passengers'ropeway research are got in this paper. And a new method is provided in objectively researching the working speed and stabilizing the controlling system in this paper which has the important impact on the comfort index when the passengers are on the ropeway.
