Carrying on the research of Green Design theory is the major way to solve the excessive consumption of resources and energy and solve environmental pollution problem, and is an important means of solving the green trade barriers and developing environmental products. 70 to 80 percent of the products' Properties are determined by the design stage, and the performance of the ecology and the environment is largely determined by the design. Green design must also consider the disassembly and recycle performance of products in addition to conventional products' performance. With the rise of green consumption, green products are popular with the people.Generation and how to select the best product design is the most concern of the product designers. In this paper carrying out in -depth research and study.Based on the considerations above, Green Product design Generation Based on multi-objective decision-making is presented in this paper. Building the Theoretical Framework of Green Product design Generation Based on multi-objective decision-making. According to the conceptual design process, starting from the customer requirements, the fuzzy customer requirements are transformed standardization requirements through the collection, analysis and processing. Using QFDE methods to transform customer requirements into engineering parameters, realizes the shifting form original customer requirements to product configuration information. Product Configuration method is used to generate green products design. Green and conventional performances of the green product design are evaluated and quantitatively analyzed. According to multi-objective decision-making theory methods, set up a multi-objective model of green product design. TOPSIS method is using to determine the optimal design of product. Finally, using soya-bean milk maker for example shows this method. The products can be developed quickly to meet customer personalized requirements and help designers select the best design at the design stage with the design method.
